WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

All of our lab equipment has a 1 to 2 year manufacturer warranty. It will be listed in the item description. If you are unsure of the warranty, please do not hesistate to ask!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Order processing is 2 - 3 business days, and shipping time is an additional 3 - 5 business days depending on your location.

We ship with Canada Post within Canada, and UPS within the US.

We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO’s.

We currently do not ship internationally.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping is free for all items except for our magnetic stir bars. We charge a flat $8 for shipping since they are priced low.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once we receive your order and process it, we send a confirmation, along with a tracking number and link to your email. Tracking numbers may take 24 hours to go live once the package has shipped from our facility.

I LOST OR DAMAGED MY ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

Ek Lab Supply is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider (Canada Post or UPS). EK Lab Supply does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to guarantee a full refund within 30 days from original order date for regular priced items within Canada & the US.

Products being returned, must be unused and in original condition with all accessories intact.

EK Lab Supply reserves the right to deny any returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
